Setting Up Your 2027 Exhibitor Portal
The Exhibitor Portal is your hub for preparing for the 2027 Pool & Spa Show. Build your company profile, showcase products, register booth staff, reserve hotel rooms, order booth services, and connect with attendees before the Show begins.
Before you begin: Your booth space contract must be submitted before you can access the Exhibitor Portal.
Returning Users
If you already had login credentials from the 2026 Pool & Spa Show, simply log into the 2027 Exhibitor Portal using your existing email address.

Logging into the Exhibitor Portal for the first time? Use your email address to create a password and activate your account.

First-Time Login Instructions
- Visit the Exhibitor Portal.
- Click Login.
- Enter the email associated with your account.
- Select Forgot Password / First-Time Login.
- Re-enter the same email address.
- Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the password reset email.
- Create a new password.
- Return to the login page and sign in.
Update Your Company Profile
A complete company profile helps attendees find your business before and during the Show.
Add Company Photos
Upload your cover, featured, and gallery images.
Complete Your Company Information
- What We Do — describe your products and services.
- Website — add your company URL.
- Product Categories — select up to five relevant categories.
