DRIVING DIRECTIONS

  • From the Atlantic City Expressway
    At the end of the Expressway, make a left on Arctic Ave. and then a left on Michigan Ave. straight into the Atlantic City Convention Center parking garage. Another entrance to the parking garage is via the Atlantic City Connector. To take this route, bear to the right at the end of the Atlantic City Expressway and follow the Atlantic City Connector. After railroad tracks take the first exit on the right marked Convention Center/Bacharach Boulevard. While on Bacharach Boulevard, there are four (4) entrances into the parking garage on the right.

  • From Philadelphia and West
    Exit the Pennsylvania Turnpike at Valley Forge, Exit 24, onto Schuylkill Expressway (Route 76 East) through Philadelphia to the Walt Whitman Bridge.

  • From New York and North
    Major Interstate Highways connect with the Garden State Parkway South. Follow Garden State Parkway South to Exit 38 (Atlantic City Expressway). Follow Atlantic City Expressway directions.

  • From Baltimore, Washington & South
    Take I-95 to the Walt Whitman Bridge (Philadelphia). Cross the Walt Whitman Bridge and follow N/S Freeway to the Atlantic City Expressway. Follow Atlantic City Expressway directions.

  • From Norfolk, VA area 
    Follow Route 13 and Route 9 to Cape May-Lewes Ferry, then take Garden State Parkway North to Exit 38 (Atlantic City Expressway) into Atlantic City. Follow Atlantic City Expressway directions.

TRUCK TRAFFIC/LOADING DOCK

All trucks bound for the New Atlantic City Convention Center, MUST access the city via the Atlantic City Expressway. At the end of the Atlantic City Convention Center follow the expressway to the right and take the Atlantic City Connector. Take the first exit marked Convention Center/Bacharach Boulevard and Loading Dock access will be to the right. Trucks may not park the last 100 feet on Bacharach Boulevard before the Expressway on/off ramp.

RAIL SERVICE

The Atlantic City Train Station is adjacent to the Atlantic City Convention Center. The Train Station is serviced by NJ Transit.

AMTRAK (www.amtrak.com) Provides service from all major East Coast destinations (NY, Boston, Washington, DC) to the 30th Street Station in Philadelphia.

NJ TRANSIT (www.njtransit.com) Provides service from 30th Street Train Station in Philadelphia to Atlantic City. Trains run almost every hour. Estimated cost: $10.75/one way. Approximate 90 minute ride.

From the Philadelphia International Airport, you can take a Septa High-Speed Rail Line (www.septa.org) train to the 30th Street Station and connect with NJ Transit. Estimated cost: $6.25, one way. Approximate 20 minute ride.

  • The Septa High-Speed Rail Line train (www.septa.org) runs from the Philadelphia International Airport to 30th Street Station. The estimated fare is $6.00.
  • The Atlantic City Train Station is conveniently located adjacent to the Atlantic City Convention Center. The Train Station is serviced by New Jersey Transit.
  • New Jersey Transit (www.njtransit.com) provides service from 30th Street Station in Philadelphia. Trains run on the hour. The estimated cost from Philadelphia to Atlantic City is $10.75 per person (prices subject to change).
  • Philadelphia 30th Street Station is serviced by AMTRAK (www.amtrak.com). AMTRAK provides service from all major East Coast destinations including New York, Boston, and Washington, DC to the 30th Street Station.

AIR SERVICE

Taxi Cabs are available at the Atlantic City Airport at curbside. For assistance, call Operations at Ext. 2002 from the courtesy phones at the taxi service desk, between baggage claim and the terminal exit.
