How does the Booth Assignment and Priority Point Process work?

Booth assignments for The Pool & Spa Show are determined using the Priority Points System, which rewards exhibitors for their long-term participation and booth size.

The booth preferences submitted on your contract serve as a guide for Show Management. If those preferred spaces have already been allocated to exhibitors with higher Priority Point rankings, Show Management will assign what is considered the best available space at the time of your assignment.

Priority Points are earned based on a company’s history of exhibiting at the Show—one point for each year of participation and one point for each 10'x10' booth space. These points accumulate over time and carry forward from year to year. To take advantage of your Priority Points status, contracts must be submitted by the published Priority Points deadline.

Please note that this is a Trade Only Show for the Pool & Spa Industry, this is NOT a Consumer Show.

  • Every Attendee and Exhibitor must register for a badge.   
  • Only Exhibitors are permitted on the Exhibit Floor during set-up hours. 
  • For safety reasons no one under the age of 18 will be permitted on the Exhibit Floor during set-up hours, no exceptions.

To update your online booth profile:

  1. Click the Exhibitor Hub "Log In" link in the menu
  2. Click "Log In" and "Forget Password".  You then enter your email and set a password of your preference.
  3. Scroll down to the first box and click "edit" in the upper right corner.
  4. Make updates to your Description, Web Address, and add your products/services.
  5. Click "Contact" on the left to update Phone, mailing Address, Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, and Twitter.
  6. To add logos, click on teh three dots in teh upper right corner of the box with your company name.
  7. Click "Save" at the bottom of each page.

How do I add Products, Show Specials, Press Releases, and videos to my Online Booth?

  1. Located in the Exhibitor Hub.
  2. Enter the description and images in the appropriate fields.
  3. Click "Save" at the bottom of each page.
  4. If you cannot click on these items, then you need to choose an online booth upgrade. Visit the Enhanced eBooth Listing Opportunities option by clicking on "For Exhibitor Resource Center Click Here" at the top of the Exhibitor Hub

How do I preview my Online Booth?

  1. You can Quickly view any updates you made in your Exhibitor Hub.  Your information is viewed in real-time.
  2. You can view your booth location on the floor plan by clicking your booth number in your Exhibitor Hub. 

Getting to the show just got easier! Jitney service will run to and from the convention center during the day and will be available in the evening for the Welcome Party.  Jitney service is only available for participating Show hotels.

Yes!  

 All Exhibitors receive a Pre-Show List of all pre-registered attendees registered by a date set by Show Management in early January.  Also, after the Show you will receive a complete Post-Show List at least three weeks after the close of the show. 

Email addresses for registered attendees are only provided if the registrant opted in to receive email correspondence from exhibitors.
