The 8th Annual Women in the Industry (WITI) Workshop was more than just a training session—it was a masterclass in community and career-building. From the very first strategy session with Jill D. Griffin to the final celebratory toast at the WITI Welcome Reception, the day was charged with the collective expertise and women shaping the future of the pool and spa industry.
