Trevor A. Sherwood, II - CPO®, CPO-I®, CBP, CSP, PPSO
With over 28 years of experience in the pool industry, Trevor A. Sherwood II, Pool Operation Management owner, provides consulting, training, inspections, and expert witness services for swimming pools and spas throughout the US, Caribbean and Guam. Pool Operation Management is one of the leading training providers of the Certified Pool Operator® program. Trevor teaches a health department class, training health officers in pool inspections, and aided the rewriting of multiple state bathing codes. He has also sat on the New Jersey state bathing committee in 1999, 2004 and 2012. He has been the lead CPO® instructor at the Pool and Spa Show, the swimming industry’s largest trade show, for over 15 years. He has presented on various topics for the World Aquatic Health Conference (WAHC), New Jersey Apartment Association (NJAA), Pennsylvania Recreation and Park Society (PRPS), New Jersey Environmental Health Association (NJEHA), Northeast Spa and Pool Association (NESPA) and many more. In 2011, he was deemed lead instructor for a grant issued by CPSC to NESPA for training health officials on the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act and entrapment. In 2016, Trevor was named to the NSPF® Advanced Service Technician™ (AST) Review Committee and the Team of Pilot Instructors, of which there are only six (6) instructors worldwide. In 2019, he was named to the Pool and Hut Tub Alliance education taskforce.
