In this session, attendees will hear and learn from a panel of successful women who will share their experiences and tactics used to help them grow as pool and spa industry leaders. Discover new communications and business skills, gain inspiration, and meet like-minded women who want to make a difference in their success. The goals of this workshop include determining the critical skills you need to lead during challenging times, reviewing the latest management trends in the industry and how women leaders can best address them, and discussing how to handle those uncomfortable situations that have affected most women in the industry.
