Exhibitor Set-up is for the 2023 Pool & Spa Show

  • Friday, January 20 – 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

  • Saturday, January 21 – 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

  • Sunday, January 22 – 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

  • Monday, January 23 – 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Yes, all exhibitors receive a pre-show list of all pre-registered attendees to assist you with marketing.  Also, after the Show you will receive a complete post-show list for all your follow-up communications.
The Pool & Spa Show utilizes a Priority Points System where points are earned from previous Pool & Spa Show participation including years of exhibiting and booth size (one point for each year and one point for each 10 x 10 space). Points accumulate and carry over from year to year. Points expire if a company does not exhibit
for five years.
No, Breakdown can ONLY begin after show closing is announced on Thursday, January 26, 2023 at 2 pm.

Move out starts after Show closing is announced on Thursday, January 26 at 2 p.m.  Move out will continue on Friday, January 27, 2023.

You can quickly preview any updates you make to your Online Booth profile by clicking on the computer screen icon beside your booth number in the Exhibitor Service Center.

To update your online booth profile:

  1. Log in using the password found in your welcome email.
  2. Navigate to the "Exhibitor Service Center" and then select "Edit Booth Info".
  3. Fill in your company contact information.
  4. Scroll to the section where you are asked for "Website Url" and enter the company web address that you would like attendees to visit for more information about your company.
  5. Select the categories for your products and services.
  6. Click on the "Save" button.

In the Exhibitor Service Center, click on Products, Show Specials, Press Releases, Videos.

Enter the description and images in the appropriate fields.

Click on the "Add" button to save and exit.

If you cannot click on these items then you need to choose an online booth upgrade. Visit the Digital Promotion Packages page.

Yes, During published exhibit hours only.  Every attendee must register for a badge.

ADMITTANCE POLICY: NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 WILL BE ADMITTED TO THE EXHIBIT FLOOR DURING SET-UP HOURS. No exceptions.  This is for safety reasons.
