Every Attendee and Exhibitor must register for a badge.  Only Exhibitors are permitted on the Exhibit Floor during set-up hours.  No one under the age of 18 will be permitted on the Exhibit Floor during Set-up hours.  No Exceptions.  This is for safety reasons.

That's right, walking the Show floor is FREE* to NESPA/PHTA Members. Non-members not attending any paid education will pay $25 per person.  All you need to do is register for a Show Badge.  Once on the floor, you'll get access to hundreds of top industry vendors, The Connection Garden, The Training Wall, and Prize Giveaways.

Non-Exhibiting Manufacturer $250 / Mfg. Agent $35 per person.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

The Pool & Spa Show recognizes that both professional and personal situations can result in the need to make a change to business travel.

All attendee cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing to bburtt@nespapool.org following the policy below.  If you received your credentials, you will be required to mail them back for your refund to be processed.  Please send credentials to:  Beverly Burtt, The Pool & Spa Show, 6B South Gold Drive, Hamilton, NJ  08691.

If education cancellations and/or changes are made to a badge that was printed and mailed, a new badge must be printed at the Express Registration Counter at the show.

Welcome Party Passes are Non-Refundable

Cancellation of Paid Business, Technical and/or Specialty Business/Technical Education by January 15, 2025, will be assessed a $65 cancellation fee

Cancellation of Paid Certifications, Pre-Conference Genesis and/or Watershape University Education by January 15, 2025, will be assessed a $175 cancellation fee.

NO REFUNDS for cancelled registrations will be issued after January 15, 2025.

If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute.  Substitutions must be submitted in writing to bburtt@nespapool.org and pcava@nespapool.org by the original registrant.  Please bring the original registrant’s credentials with you to transfer. 

The Pool & Spa Show is not responsible or liable for any costs incurred due to cancellations or delays of any type including travel and/or weather that may affect purchased events and/or seminars. 

When will badges be mailed?

ONLY registrants that purchased the Welcome Party will have their badges mailed in advance of the Show.  Registrants that have Education Seminars starting on Sunday will pick up their badge at the seminar.

Pre-registered attendees must have their confirmation with the barcode to the Express Registration Area.  Your registration barcode will be scanned and your badge with your personalized schedule will be printed instantly.

Over two dozen Badge Printing Stations will be set up in the Express Registration Area for your convenience.

Getting to the show just got easier! Jitney service will run to and from the convention center during the day and will be available in the evening for the Welcome Party.  Jitney service is only available for participating Show hotels.

How does the Booth Assignment and Priority Point Process work?

The booth selections you provide on your contract are used as a guide for Show Management.  If your choices have been allocated to exhibitors before you on the Priority Points List, Show Management will assign what it considers to be the best available space at your turn of assignment. 

The Pool & Spa Show utilizes a Priority Points System.  Points are earned from previous Pool & Spa Show participation including years of exhibiting and booth size (one point for each year and one point for each 10x10 space).  Points accumulate and carry over from year to year.  Contracts must be submitted by the Priority Points deadline date to utilize.

To update your online booth profile:

  1. Click the Exhibitor Hub "Log In" link in the menu
  2. Click "Log In" and "Forget Password".  You then enter your email and set a password of your preference.
  3. Scroll down to the first box and click "edit" in the upper right corner.
  4. Make updates to your Description, Web Address, and add your products/services.
  5. Click "Contact" on the left to update Phone, mailing Address, Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, and Twitter.
  6. To add logos, click on teh three dots in teh upper right corner of the box with your company name.
  7. Click "Save" at the bottom of each page.

How do I add Products, Show Specials, Press Releases, and videos to my Online Booth?

  1. Located in the Exhibitor Hub.
  2. Enter the description and images in the appropriate fields.
  3. Click "Save" at the bottom of each page.
  4. If you cannot click on these items, then you need to choose an online booth upgrade. visit the Enhanced eBooth Listing Opportunities option by clicking on "For Exhibitor Resource Center Click Here" at the top of the Exhibitor Hub. 

How do I preview my Online Booth?

  1. You can Quickly view any updates you made in your Exhibitor Hub.  Your information is viewed in real-time.
  2. You can view your booth location on the floor plan by clicking your booth number in your Exhibitor Hub.

Yes, All Exhibitors receive a Pre-Show List of all pre-registered attendees registered by a date set by Show Management in early January.  Also, after the Show you will receive a complete Post-Show List at least three weeks after the close of the show.  Email addresses b for registered attendees are only provided if the registrant opted in to receive email correspondence from exhibitors.

You can view the Interactive Floor Plan by clicking on the Maps icon in the app dashboard. 

Each map will highlight booths belonging to the exhibitors that you have added to your Personalized Planner. You can also view an exhibitor’s profile from the map view by clicking on their booth.

Tap on the Schedule app icon in the app menu dashboard to view the complete list of sessions.

You can view the schedule by swiping left and right and scrolling up and down for sessions sorted by day and time.

Search for sessions by keyword using the search bar at the top of the screen.

Save a Session

There are two ways you can save a session: 

  • When you see a session title that interests you, tap on the star next to that listing.

          OR

  • From the session page, select "Add Session" to save it to your planner.

Search for Exhibitors by Company Name

Exhibitors are shown in two lists: “All Exhibitors” and “By Product Category”.  Click on a product category to view a list of the exhibitors in that group. 

The “All Exhibitors” tab lists all the current exhibitors in alphabetical order. The “By Product Category” tab lists the product categories and the number of exhibitors who have selected each of these. 

Search Exhibitors by Keyword

You can search for exhibitors by typing a keyword in the search box at the top of the Exhibitor list screen.  The results will include all exhibitors that have this keyword in their company name, profile, brands or product categories.

Each exhibitor listing has their booth number(s) displayed below their name. An exhibitor listing may have a video icon which indicates that they have uploaded multimedia content. 

Save an Exhibitor to Favorites

From the Exhibitor list or any exhibitor's eBooth profile, you can add the exhibitor as a favorite to your personalized planner by clicking on the star icon.

Exhibitor eBooth Profile

You can visit the eBooth for any company by clicking on their name in the Exhibitor list.  You will see the company’s contact information, description, product categories and videos they have uploaded.  To play the video on your device, just click on the video. From this screen you can add the exhibitor as a favorite to your Personalized Planner by clicking on the star icon. You can also view the location of their booth on the floor plan by clicking on the “Map it” button.  The exhibitor’s booth will be highlighted on the floor plan.

 

From the app menu dashboard, select Planner app icon. From here you can manage the lists of exhibitors, sessions and personal meetings that you have added to your Personalized Planner.

Saved Exhibitors

Click on "My Exhibitors" to see your list of saved exhibitors.

Saved Sessions & Meetings

Click on "My Itinerary" to see your schedule by day. This section will include all of your saved sessions and the personal meetings you created in the mobile app. 

Add Session to Mobile Device's Calendar

From the session screen, select "Add to Device Calendar" to save the session in your device's calendar.

Add a Personal Meeting

From the Planner section, tap on the calendar icon at the bottom of the screen. Select your desired day and time

and add any notes.

Remove a Saved Exhibitor or Session

Tap on the star next to the Exhibitor's Name or Session title to remove the listing from your planner.

 

From the app menu dashboard, select the My Notes app icon. You will see a list of of your session and meeting notes.

To add a note, tap on the "pencil" icon on the bottom of the screen.

To edit one of your notes, tap on the "folder" icon on the bottom of the screen to see more details.

To email the notes to yourself or a contact, tap on the arrow in the bottom left corner.

From the dashboard, click the Products icon.  A list of featured products will be shown in alphabetical order by the exhibitor's name.
