Description
Project-profile sessions are most valuable when they move beyond photos and into the decisions that shaped the final result. This session uses real-world project examples to explore what worked well, what was challenging, and what lessons can be carried into future projects. Panelists will discuss topics such as design coordination, client management, sequencing, quality control, problem-solving, and closeout. The goal is to help attendees learn from actual project experience and translate those lessons into stronger planning, communication, and execution on their own work.
Tracks:
Learning Objectives
1. Analyze real project decisions that contributed to success or created avoidable friction.
2. Extract practical lessons related to design coordination, execution, client management, and closeout.
3. Translate case-study insights into planning and quality-control practices for future projects."
